My $0.02: Anything that connects Timbaland to Rage Against the Machine in one degree is bad.
Scream is my early choice for next year's Grammy for Best Comedy Album. Only the funniest of people could come up with the wacky, extra-dimensional idea of getting Justin Fucking Timberlake to pitch in on a song for the former Soundgarden frontman. This Allmusic review of the album just about sums it up, though I think it's a bit generous.
